Broadcaster Kim So-young has successfully changed the first digit of her weight through her post-partum diet!

On the 18th, Kim So-young shared a certification of her weight hitting 59kg, calling it her “parenting diet.”

When a fan asked how she manages to lose weight while seemingly eating well, she replied, “I might not actually be eating that much. For breakfast, I only had a tomato latte. I had one bite of a heart cookie, but the sushi I just bought is my first real meal.”

Regarding her diet tips, she explained, “Many people tell me that I seem to lose weight easily. I don’t have any special tips, but when I feel I need to lose some, I just avoid white rice, sugar, and flour. If I do that, I find it’s okay to eat most of the side dishes I crave.”

She also shared, “My stomach has shrunk a lot, but there’s still a bit left, so I’m continuing to wear a belly band. I’ve been wearing a postpartum belly band since giving birth, and I think it’s been somewhat effective. I was 69kg on the day I gave birth. Since I’m 61kg now, it’s been over two weeks, but only 8kg has dropped so far.”

Meanwhile, Kim So-young married her senior announcer Oh Sang-jin in 2017. Having recently welcomed their second son, the couple now has one son and one daughter.
