Former TEEN TOP Member C.A.P Ends Contract with Air Global Castle, Agency Clarifies It's Unrelated to Political Activities

Bang Min-soo, formerly of the group TEEN TOP, has reportedly ended his exclusive contract with his agency, Air Global Castle.

On the 22nd, Air Global Castle stated, “The exclusive contract with Bang Min-soo already ended last November,” adding that “the termination was decided based on mutual agreement.”

The agency further clarified, “Our company is completely unrelated to Bang Min-soo’s efforts to establish an idol union or his political activities,” and urged the public to “refrain from unconfirmed speculation or over-interpretation.”

Bang Min-soo first rose to fame after debuting as a member of the boy group TEEN TOP in 2010. After leaving the group, he signed with Air Global Castle (formerly Modenberi Korea) and pursued various personal endeavors beyond entertainment, including the push to establish an idol union.

Meanwhile, Air Global Castle changed its name from Modenberi Korea in May following a change in management.

Below is the full official statement from Air Global Castle:

“Hello. This is Air Global Castle.”

“We would like to inform you that the exclusive contract between our company and Bang Min-soo ended last November. This termination was decided through mutual agreement, respecting each other’s future directions and plans.”

“Furthermore, we clearly state that our company is completely unrelated to Bang Min-soo’s political activities or his efforts to establish an idol union. The contract termination last year was not due to any political reasons, and we ask that you refrain from over-interpreting or making unconfirmed speculations.”

“Thank you.”
