Singer DinDin has reunited with a friend from his study abroad days in Vancouver after 15 long years!
On the 22nd, a video titled “DinDin’s XL Canada Friend, Amin” was uploaded to the YouTube channel ‘DinDin is DinDin’.
The video captures DinDin’s journey to meet his close friend, Amin, at the high school he attended while studying in Vancouver, Canada.
While reminiscing about his high school days, DinDin visited his alma mater by bus. He couldn’t hide his nerves, admitting, “I’ve never felt this way in my life!” Amin was DinDin’s very first friend in a foreign land, and the two shared countless memories. However, after DinDin returned to Korea, they spent about 15 years without much contact.
As soon as Amin arrived, DinDin rushed over to give him a big hug. DinDin also congratulated his friend, who had grown from an immature teenager into a father of two children.
Amin first surprised DinDin with a jacket, knowing his love for fashion. In return, DinDin brought out a suitcase packed to the brim with gifts for Amin and his family! To celebrate his friend’s new role as a father, DinDin gifted baby hanbok, mother-of-pearl decorations, and mandarin ducks, which symbolize a happy marriage.
Amin expressed his gratitude for the thoughtful gifts with another hug, bringing smiles to everyone. The two then headed out for a meal in Amin’s car, spending a wonderful time reminiscing about their high school days.
