Actress Yoo Hye-ri has opened up about her honest feelings after revealing a completely transformed look following a face lift.
A video titled “Yoo Hye-ri After: Everyone Surprised by Appearance 2 Weeks After Face Lift” was recently uploaded to the YouTube channel ‘BLACKLABEL: High-End Makeover Show’.
In the video, Yoo Hye-ri shows off a sharper jawline and a brighter aura. She shared that she had been struggling with sagging skin, under-eye hollows, dark circles, and nasolabial folds.
“People tell me I look different, and some don’t even recognize me,” she said. “When I went to the hair salon, they were making a huge fuss about how much younger I look!”
She expressed her satisfaction, adding, “My skin was sagging and my dark circles were severe, but things have changed so much.”

She further explained, “I used to wear glasses to distract people’s attention. Wearing glasses when you have nasolabial folds or sagging skin has the effect of making the face look smaller, but I don’t wear them anymore. I don’t even need them.”
She also shared some candid details about the surgery process.
With a laugh, Yoo Hye-ri revealed, “Since they were pulling it anyway, I asked them to pull it really tight. I figured it would just sag again, so I asked for it to be quite tight. I wanted it even stronger, but the doctor did it moderately.”
“I feel so good even when applying makeup. Before, my skin felt like it was sagging even after applying products, but now I feel a lift with just a little bit,” she confessed. “My mood has brightened and my depression is gone. I’ve seen both mental and physical benefits.”
The face lift Yoo Hye-ri received is a procedure that pulls up and fixes sagging skin and the fascia layer caused by aging. Interest in the procedure has been rising recently as comedian Shim Hyung-rae and broadcaster Yoon Young-mi have also shared their experiences.
Born in 1964, Yoo Hye-ri is an actress who was widely loved for her active career in the 1980s and 90s. Recently, she has been sharing updates through YouTube and various broadcasts.
