Composer Lee Jun-young, known by his stage name LeeZu, has suddenly passed away.
On the 4th, composer Wang Jung-hyun shared the heartbreaking news. Lee Jun-young was 42 years old.
Wang Jung-hyun, who was a close friend of the deceased, expressed that he “set off on a long journey alone.” He also asked for remembrance of the works LeeZu left behind so that his path would not be lonely.
Before his passing, Lee Jun-young left a video on his YouTube channel ‘Bangrang Baeksu’, hinting at a final farewell by saying, “Thank you and I’m sorry to everyone.”
Working under the name LeeZu, he created a diverse range of music for games, signal tunes, and movie OSTs. He is especially well-known among gaming enthusiasts for hits like ‘The Guilty’ and ‘Burn It Down’ featured in ‘DJMAX TECHNIKA 2’.
