In ‘Sold Out Today’, Ahn Hyo-seop rolls up his sleeves to help Chae Won-bin get her lost ‘sleep’ back.
In the 6th episode of the SBS Wed-Thu drama ‘Sold Out Today’ airing on the 7th, Matthew Lee (played by Ahn Hyo-seop) will reveal a special Deokpung Village-style healing project prepared for Dam Ye-jin (played by Chae Won-bin).
Matthew Lee has been secretly worried about Dam Ye-jin, who has been suffering from sleepwalking due to an overdose of sleeping pills. To help, he set ‘managing the condition of the assigned show host’ as a condition for the raw material contract renewal and has been taking special care of her, even personally delivering one sleeping pill a day.
However, photos released ahead of the broadcast increase the tension, showing Dam Ye-jin wandering the night streets in light clothing, seemingly experiencing sleepwalking symptoms again, with Matthew Lee stepping in to stop her. It is heartbreaking to see Dam Ye-jin’s health deteriorating beyond just sleep disorders, as she is seen collapsed with side dish bowls overturned.
Eventually, Matthew Lee takes extraordinary measures for Dam Ye-jin along with the residents of Deokpung Village. While the whole village shows warmth to ensure Dam Ye-jin eats and rests well, Matthew Lee implements 24-hour close care, personally teaching her a packed daily routine to follow while staying in the village.
