Group ENHYPEN met with the press on May 2 at the KSPO DOME in Songpa-gu, Seoul, ahead of the second day of their new world tour, “BLOOD SAGA.”
This performance marks ENHYPEN’s first tour since reorganizing as a 6-member group. The members, who kicked off the tour on May 1, expressed great satisfaction. Jungwon shared, “First of all, thank you so much for coming on a weekend. We prepared a lot, practicing late into the night. The reviews from yesterday’s show were great, so I think we can perform today with a lot of confidence. I hope everyone enjoys it today. Thank you.” Ni-ki added, “Thank you for making time for us today. We prepared for this tour with a lot of confidence, so I’ll make sure to create a concert that truly earns recognition,” while Jay noted, “Including all our previous tours, we’ve prepared for this one with an incredible amount of determination.”
Jake mentioned, “Since this is our first tour as six members, we’ve worked even harder. I believe this tour truly contains our souls. Since we prepared so diligently, I hope we can repay you with a fun show today.” Sunoo added, “Preparing for this new concert felt like combining everything we’ve done before. It’ll feel like an immersive campfire gathering, and since we worked hard, I hope you enjoy it.” Sunghoon gave a tip, saying, “The flow of this performance is seamless from start to finish, so it’ll be fun if you watch for that. There are many musical elements in the final section, which I think will make it even more interesting.”
During the show, ENHYPEN and their fandom, ENGENE, poured in their passion to signal the start of a legendary tour. Closing the show, Jay emphasized, “Every tour is precious and meaningful, and I think each one is a great performance that can only happen at that time, but this one feels different from the start. I can definitely feel that ENGENE is approaching this performance differently. I’m so happy. Since it’s a concert we prepared day and night, I had many worries, but I was even more confident and thought a lot about how it would be seen. Looking at where we are after two days, I feel relieved. I feel like I’m being rewarded for all the hard work. Yesterday and today were great performances that gave us huge energy, and I’ll make sure to do my best until the end. Please stay with us forever,” earning loud cheers from fans.

Musical actor Kim Ho-young confessed in an interview that he received help from AI while preparing his role in “Lempicka.” Kim Ho-young shared with a look of wonder, “I’m someone who is far removed from machines, but even the nails I did this time were with the help of AI. It was a very novel experience.”
To better express the character Marinetti, Kim Ho-young asked the AI what kind of vibe he should project and if doing something with his hands would work. The AI responded, “Since you are a performance-type actor with big actions and many hand gestures, it’s good to do something with your hands. However, you shouldn’t paint the entire nail; it needs to be sharp,” and even specified the colors. He revealed that he showed the AI a photo of his hands and got the exact nail art design the AI recommended.
Bringing laughter by emphasizing that he paid for the service, Kim Ho-young said, “I was a bit flustered to get acting help from an AI when I hadn’t even thought of it, but when it spoke, it felt trustworthy. I felt like it wasn’t just talking nonsense, so I took the help. I wanted a device to maximize the external appearance when expressing Marinetti, so it was interesting that the advice came from the nail side.”
He added, causing a burst of laughter, “Did you know AI is amazing at reading palms and fortunes? Kim Woo-young hyung almost fainted!”

“I’m a traditional teacher style.”
Han Sun-hwa met with reporters on May 6 at a cafe in Samcheong-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul, to discuss her role in the movie “Student Teaching.”
Regarding her role as an MZ student teacher, Han Sun-hwa shared, “There were lines with a unique B-grade sensibility, but rather than trying to make them specially funny, I acted them seriously. However, the line ‘Isn’t it awesome?’ was difficult,” which brought laughter.
She added, “Although I play an MZ student teacher in the play, a sense of professional duty and a traditional teacher style come out. I think the character is closer to someone who actually wants to be MZ.”
She admitted that she herself is a traditional teacher style. “Is the opposite of MZ a traditional teacher?” she asked with a laugh. She continued, “Since I’ve been active since I was young, I’ve valued etiquette and manners and was always friendly to my seniors. But these days, the MZ generation seems to be quite cool. Being cool is the trend, right? I’m trying to be cool too,” she joked.

The production presentation for the SBS Friday-Saturday drama “New World” was held on the afternoon of May 7. “New World” depicts a high-tension, war-like romance between Shin Seo-ri (Lim Ji-yeon), an unknown actress possessed by the soul of a Joseon-era villainess, and the malicious chaebol Cha Segye (Heo Nam-jun).
Lim Ji-yeon previously worked with her agency senior Lee Jung-jae in the tvN drama “Yalmiun Sarang,” but reactions to their 18-year age gap romance were mixed.
When asked to compare the two romances, Lim Ji-yeon replied, “In the previous work, since I was a junior by a long shot, I think I leaned on him in a different way. Heo Nam-jun felt more like a friend or a younger brother, like someone I’ve known for a long time. Both are actors I love.”
Regarding her chemistry with Heo Nam-jun, she expressed gratitude, saying, “I relied on him so much that I can’t imagine Cha Segye being anyone other than Nam-jun. There were many times I was exhausted because there was so much to do, and Nam-jun encouraged me a lot as Cha Segye.”
The diverse chemistry between Lim Ji-yeon and Heo Nam-jun can be seen in the SBS Friday-Saturday drama “New World,” which premieres on May 8 at 9:50 PM.

It was a scene overflowing with cheer. The cast of the Tving original “The Legend of the Cook” showed off their fantastic chemistry.
Director Cho Nam-hyung and actors Park Jihoon, Yoon Kyung-ho, Han Dong-hee, Lee Hong-nae, and Lee Sang-yi attended the production presentation on May 6. They heated up the atmosphere by boasting exceptional teamwork in a friendly mood.
During the photo op, the trademark “Save in my heart” pose from idol-turned-actor Park Jihoon couldn’t be missed. Just before the official shoot, he gave a “crash course” to the four other actors. Following his lead, the five of them performed the “Save” pose, and laughter erupted at their clumsy but earnest efforts. MC Park Kyung-rim marveled, saying, “They’re like idols.”
Among them, Yoon Kyung-ho caught the most attention, bringing bursts of laughter by perfectly pulling off the “Save” pose with his signature mischievous expressions and gestures.
