Ahn Jae-hyun Explores a 300 Million Won Apartment with Top-Tier Security... A Spot Featured in 'My Mister'! (Holmes)

Ahn Jae-hyun and Im Woo-il are heading into the heart of Seoul to find a hidden apartment priced in the 300 million won range. Get ready for a cinematic “railway view” and a unique apartment structure that is sure to catch your eye!

In the upcoming episode of MBC’s ‘구해줘! 홈즈’ (Holmes) airing on the 14th, the “Reckless House Hunting” series returns for part 2, searching for an apartment in Seoul for around 300 million won.

The “unofficial semi-fixed duo” of Holmes, comedian Im Woo-il and actor Ahn Jae-hyun, will team up once again to continue the second installment of “Reckless House Hunting.”

In the first part of “Reckless House Hunting,” they searched for a place in Mapo-gu with a 5 million won deposit and 500,000 won monthly rent for a rookie comedian colleague without any prior appointments, showing the raw reality of house hunting. This time, expectations are high as they introduce a 300 million won apartment in Seoul found through thorough research and legwork.

The duo heads to an apartment located right next to the National Police Agency headquarters in central Seoul, making it the ultimate “security king” spot.

This apartment catches attention with its unique, slightly curved structure since it was built over a stream. Interestingly, unlike typical apartments, it has no land ownership but instead pays a separate stream usage fee. Adding to the intrigue, the location is known as a filming site for the drama ‘나의 아저씨’ and the movie ‘멋진 하루’.

While heading to the apartment, they happen to meet an office worker who works near Chungjeongno and conduct an impromptu interview. As a “living witness” who has watched the area for a long time, they provide a candid explanation.

Im Woo-il was amused by the person’s non-stop wit and unique character, joking, “This person should have been a guest in the studio.” The interview highlights the excellent location, with access to Chungjeongno, City Hall, and Seodaemun stations, and only a 15-minute walk to Seoul Station.

The episode will showcase both a currently remodeled rental home and an actual property for sale. Despite being in the same apartment complex, they display different charms through their distinct structures and vibes.

In particular, the property for sale boasts an emotional “railway view,” leaving the cast in awe of the cinematic atmosphere. It is said to evoke the vibe of the Ochanomizu railway scenery in Tokyo, which served as the background for the Japanese animated film ‘스즈메의 문단속’.

‘구해줘! 홈즈’ Reckless House Hunting part 2 will air on the 14th at 10 PM.
