BTS shared an exciting update on the global super-fan platform Weverse at 10 AM on the 15th regarding “BTS THE CITY ARIRANG – LAS VEGAS”.
After turning Las Vegas purple for their 2022 concerts, BTS is taking things to the next level this year with the “ARIRANG Red Illumination”.
The “Sphere”, the world’s largest spherical venue, will feature stunning visuals themed after BTS’s new album “ARIRANG” during the project period. The massive digital content covering the entire exterior is expected to give visitors in Las Vegas an overwhelming visual experience.
Additionally, the “Strip”, the heart of the tourism and commercial district, will host a massive “BTS Welcome OOH (Out-of-Home) Takeover” filled with welcoming messages. Major electronic billboards will be filled with greetings from 11 PM to midnight on the day of the performance.
On the performance dates of May 23, 24, 27, and 28 (local time), iconic landmarks including the High Roller, the Eiffel Tower at Paris Las Vegas, and The Las Vegas Gateway Arches are expected to light up in red simultaneously, creating a spectacular sight.
Meanwhile, BTS is currently on their “ARIRANG” world tour. On July 19, they will appear as co-headliners alongside pop stars Madonna and Shakira for the halftime show of the “2026 FIFA North Central America World Cup” final at the New York New Jersey Stadium.
