Actor Ko So-young has revealed a surprisingly frugal side to her personality!
On May 26, Ko So-young’s morning routine was shared on her YouTube channel, ‘Ko So-young’.
Talking about her routine, Ko So-young shared, “When I wake up in the morning, I play mobile games before I’m fully awake. It’s my little joy and helps me relax.” She added, “I avoid difficult games with quests. I hate spending money, so I stick to simple games.”
To avoid paying for in-app purchases, she watches ads. “At first, I hated ads, but they allow me to try out other games. If I like one, I’ll download it,” she said while glued to her phone. She then brought a laugh to viewers by proudly announcing, “I just got 60 won from watching ads!”

When the PD asked, “Wouldn’t it be unlimited if you just paid?” Ko So-young nodded and replied, “The moment I pay, it becomes stress.”
She even suddenly solved a quiz on an online shopping mall, excitedly saying, “They said they’d give 100 points if I got it right, and I actually got 100 points!” The PD jokingly asked, “What are you planning to buy with 100 won?” to which Ko So-young replied, “They even give 300 won for daily attendance checks. I’m really so pathetic,” showing how much she enjoys the thrill of collecting points.
Meanwhile, Ko So-young married actor Jang Dong-gun in 2009, and the couple has one son and one daughter.
