Choa Gets Real About Post-Twin Pregnancy Body: “Day 5 and My Belly Is Still the Same?”

Choa Gets Real About Post-Twin Pregnancy Body:

Former Crayon Pop member Choa has opened up about her honest feelings and the changes to her body after giving birth to twins.

On the 22nd, Choa shared a video on her personal account, writing, “The reality after giving birth to twins…! I thought my belly would naturally go down once the twins moved out? haha.”

In the video, Choa is seen five days after giving birth. Looking at her belly, which still looked like she was pregnant, she caught fans’ attention by writing, “Day 5 after giving birth to twins, why is my belly still the same? The twins definitely moved out and I’ve lost weight, too.”

Choa confessed to feeling a bit down, saying, “I was shocked that my belly didn’t go down as much as I expected… Even at the postpartum care center, I was worried and felt a bit depressed, wondering if it would ever go back.”

She added, “Since I was pregnant with twins, I expected my belly to be much larger than others, so I looked into many ways to support it before giving birth!! But the more I researched, I realized that postpartum line management isn’t just about the belly. It’s natural for the belly to grow, but in the process, abdominal muscles stretch and the ribcage naturally widens, which can even change how you breathe and your posture. So, I learned that for proper recovery, you have to look at the balance of the whole body, including the ribcage, breathing, posture, and core, rather than just focusing on the belly.”

After starting to use a belly band for body management, Choa expressed her satisfaction: “I’m so satisfied because it doesn’t just tidy up the belly line but also firmly supports the widened ribcage!! My sibling even asked if I really just gave birth and was surprised at how quickly my belly went down, which made me feel proud haha.”

Meanwhile, Choa debuted with Crayon Pop in 2012 and got married in 2021. She received many congratulations after giving birth to twin sons this past February.
