Choi Jun-hee, daughter of the late Choi Jin-sil, has officially tied the knot with her long-time partner.
The private wedding took place on the 16th at a venue in Gangnam, Seoul. The groom is a man 11 years her senior, and the couple had been dating for five years.
The late Choi Jin-sil’s closest friends were there to provide warmth and support, filling the void for the family. Choi Jun-hee walked down the aisle hand-in-hand with her older brother, singer Choi Hwan-hee.
Her maternal great-aunt, who helped her grow up, lit the wedding candles while wearing traditional hanbok, and her maternal grandmother sat alongside Choi Hwan-hee in the parents’ seats to bless the couple. Comedian Jo Se-ho served as the MC for the event.
On the following day, the 17th, Choi Jun-hee shared group photos from the wedding on her personal social media. The photos showed a large number of the late Choi Jin-sil’s close colleagues joining the family group shots.
The guest list included Lee Young-ja, Hong Jin-kyung, Uhm Jung-hwa, Lee Sora, Jung Sun-hee, Kim Won-hee, Lee Ah-hyun, Lee Mi-eun, Baek Ga, Seo Kwon-soon, and Sohyang. They didn’t just visit the bridal waiting room to offer congratulations but also joined the family photos, showing a bond like real family.
Choi Jun-hee affectionately referred to them as the “Bride’s Family Avengers” on SNS, expressing her deep gratitude and feeling supported.
