Choi Mina-soo Feels Bitter After Being Overshadowed: “My Pride is Hurt, I Don’t Want to Be on Stage” (Kill It)

Choi Mina-soo Feels Bitter After Being Overshadowed:

Choi Mina-soo showed a bitter reaction after being overshadowed by another contestant.

Premiering on the 12th, tvN’s ‘Kill It: Style Creator Great War’ (hereafter ‘Kill It’) is a fashion creator survival show aimed at discovering the next generation of figures who will lead K-fashion trends.

The competition is drawing huge attention with 100 “it girls” joining the fray, including global fashion brand ambassadors, world models, and super influencers with a combined total of 43 million SNS followers.

In the first episode of ‘Kill It’, a high-stakes mission will see only 50 of the 100 contestants survive. The ‘Round 1 Style War’ is a photogenic mission where participants must appeal their style and charm to 40 global photographers within a set time limit to get as many photos taken as possible.

Among them, Choi Mina-soo is already stealing the spotlight with her unique approach. She previously became a hot topic for her appearance on ‘Single’s Inferno 5’.

While other competitors rushed to the stage, desperate for every second, Choi Mina-soo maintained a relaxed attitude. Saying, “I thought I needed a build-up from the start,” she captured everyone’s attention with a walk that perfectly complemented her styling even before hitting the stage.

Jang Yoon-ju noted, “She definitely has charm,” while Lee Jong-won couldn’t hide his amazement, saying, “The cameras are all flocking to Mina-soo right now.”

Just as Choi Mina-soo was captivating the photographers with her charm and strategic moves, a powerful rival with a bold and unconventional style appeared.

As the crowd of photographers who had gathered around her suddenly shifted toward the competitor, Choi Mina-soo left the stage feeling bitter. She confessed her inner feelings, saying, “All the attention I had was going over there, so I didn’t want to stay on stage anymore. My pride is hurt.”

This leaves fans wondering who the “it girl” that pushed Choi Mina-soo aside is, and what else will happen during the ruthless Round 1 mission of ‘Kill It’.

The ‘Kill It’ team raised expectations, stating, “When you watch the first broadcast, you’ll think, ‘Are there really this many cool and confident it girls in the K-fashion world?’ Please look forward to the birth of new faces who will lead K-fashion trends, breaking the existing rules of the fashion industry regarding height, visuals, and profession.”

‘Kill It: Style Creator Great War’ premieres on the 12th at 10:10 PM and will be available for streaming on TVING immediately after the broadcast.
