Actor Chu Young-woo attended the Baeksang Arts Awards while dealing with an eye injury.
The 62nd Baeksang Arts Awards were held on May 8 at COEX Hall D in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
Actors Chu Young-woo and Chae Won-bin appeared as presenters for the Best New Actor/Actress in the Television category and the Young Play Award in the Theater category.
Chu Young-woo drew attention by appearing with an eye patch over one eye. He shared his emotions, saying, “I received the Best New Actor award here last year, so standing here as a presenter brings up many emotions.”
Responding to Chae Won-bin’s comment that “Stars in the night sky do not shine from the moment they are born,” Chu Young-woo noted, “Our work is very similar to the story of stars,” as he presented the Best New Actor award in the Television category.
