Comedian Lee Sun-min is appearing on MBC’s “I Live Alone” to reveal the realistic daily life of someone who has lived alone for 19 years. His “lifestyle routine,” built on years of experience and strict saving habits, is expected to deeply resonate with viewers.
In the episode airing on the 22nd, Lee Sun-min, who has been active across variety shows and YouTube, will reveal his home and daily routine for the first time through the “Rainbow Live” segment.
Having moved a whopping 10 times, Lee Sun-min introduces his journey since starting his life in Seoul, moving through boarding houses, gosiwons, one-rooms, rooftop rooms, and semi-basements. The lifestyle habits he accumulated through these many moves are clearly visible throughout his home.
The revealed space adds a touch of realism with a large laundry drying rack that stays out regardless of the season, various household items, and a storage system that extends from the dressing room all the way to the living room.
His refrigerator, opened for breakfast, catches the eye as it is packed with all sorts of ingredients. Using his 19 years of living-alone expertise, Lee Sun-min prepares a breakfast spread using leftover scraps. While the rice is cooking, he manages the perfect timing by using pans and pots simultaneously to make broth, prep vegetables, and stir-fry.
Lee Sun-min impresses everyone with his cooking philosophy, stating, “I try my best not to leave any food waste by utilizing leftover ingredients.” After inhaling his breakfast like a vacuum cleaner, he immediately moves on to dessert time and washing the dishes.
He is also seen squeezing out every last drop of his lotion for his skincare routine. His “cost-effective life” moments, ingrained from 10 years of being an unknown artist and 19 years of living alone, are set to bring both empathy and laughter to many.
You can check out Lee Sun-min’s cost-effective lifestyle on MBC’s “I Live Alone” this 22nd at 11:10 PM.
