Han Groo just showed off how her face can change in real-time!

On May 25, a video titled “Visited a swelling management hotspot. Real review of auricular therapy” was uploaded to her channel, ‘그루니까말이야’.

In the video, Han Groo shared that she visited for auricular therapy, something she already loves. She was so satisfied with the results that she wanted to introduce the place to her fans.

Han Groo explained, “Auricular therapy is a treatment that stimulates various pressure points in the ears to balance the body and help circulation.” She added, “When lymph circulation isn’t smooth, the face and body can easily swell and fatigue can build up. Gently releasing the lymph can help reduce swelling and make the body feel much lighter.”

She revealed that she first tried auricular therapy thanks to a strong recommendation from Kyung Soo-jin. She also mentioned visiting with Han Chae-ah, noting, “That unnie’s wrinkles actually disappeared!”

Recalling her first experience, Han Groo said, “I saw my face changing in real-time. I was shocked to see only half of my face lifted. That’s when I fell in love with auricular therapy.” While admitting it’s not a permanent effect, she highly recommends it for those with important schedules.

Han Groo shared that since she had a shoot today, the director gave her a full course, but it’s usually very quick. “When you’re in a rush, it’s over quickly. The director can do it in 15 to 20 minutes, so you can get it done right before a shoot. It’s addictive once you try it,” she said, showing her obsession with the treatment.

She then revealed the actual process of the therapy. Han Groo was visibly surprised to see the tip of her nose and the corners of her mouth lifting in real-time, exclaiming, “It’s actually lifting!” However, she did mention, “It hurts a lot.”

Han Groo added, “The effects aren’t permanent, but you can’t just get plastic surgery right before something really important, right? Procedures can leave bruises and need to be handled carefully. But this is good for your health, and I think it’s great to do it 2 or 3 days before an event to look your best.”
