Actress Han Sun-hwa recently shared an update about her English studies.
On May 13, a new episode featuring Han Sun-hwa was released on the YouTube channel ‘YouTube Ha Ji-young’.
During the episode, Han Sun-hwa confessed that she has been studying English. “I’ve tried studying English little by little in the past, but I couldn’t stay consistent. However, I started again last December, and by next month, it will be six months. I’ve been taking online classes,” she shared, recounting a touching moment with her teacher.
Han Sun-hwa admitted she hasn’t revealed her identity to her teacher yet. “I want to tell them who I am once I become fluent, but right now, I’m too shy,” she confessed. When Ha Ji-young asked if she was aiming for a Hollywood debut, Han Sun-hwa replied, “No,” but added her ambition, “Maybe just enough to do an interview in Hollywood?”

Meanwhile, after hearing a love fortune suggesting that “work is like her husband,” Han Sun-hwa worried, “Am I going to end up like Ha Ji-young sunbaenim?” This came after Ha Ji-young confessed she hadn’t dated for 10 years. When Ha Ji-young reacted, “What’s wrong with me? You said you liked me earlier,” Han Sun-hwa joked, “Isn’t 10 years a bit too much?”
Ha Ji-young then praised her, saying, “Many people get energy from Han Sun-hwa’s bright personality.” Han Sun-hwa agreed, saying, “There are times when I like myself too. When I watch myself on Shin Dong-yup’s ‘Zzanbro’, I think it’s really funny. I laugh at how I quickly dodge questions with such wit.”
Currently, Han Sun-hwa is appearing in the JTBC weekend drama ‘Everyone is Fighting Their Own Worthlessness’ and her lead role in the movie ‘Student Teacher’ premieres today (May 13).
