“Global rookies” XLOV are showing off their limitless ability to pull off any concept by putting a fresh, sensory twist on classic suit styles.
XLOV (Umuti, Louis, Hyun, Haru) will release their second mini album ‘I,God’ simultaneously worldwide on May 27 at 6 PM via various online music sites.
To build anticipation, the group released their second concept photos for ‘I,God’ today (14th) at midnight through their official SNS channels, instantly capturing the hearts of global fans.
In the released photos, XLOV radiates an unmatched aura beneath antique chandeliers. While based on traditional classic suits, they maximized their glamorous and sensory charm by adding flashy brooches and sparkling logo details on the pockets. Their restrained gazes and confident poses are absolutely overwhelming, proving their status as “concept masters” with a bold visual transformation.
This new release, ‘I,God’, comes about six months after their first mini album ‘UXLXVE’, which was released last November.
Most notably, member Umuti has once again stepped up as the team’s main producer, pouring his musical capabilities into the project. As the first K-pop boy group to put a distinct “genderless” identity at the forefront, XLOV is expected to further carve out their firm and unique musical world through this album.
