Hwanhee’s surprising past has been revealed!
In the May 23 episode of KBS2’s “Mr. House Husband Season 2” (Salimnam 2), Hwanhee was shown traveling to Jeju Island with his mother.
The two went rail sledding, where Hwanhee’s mother had a blast, looking like she had returned to her childhood. Watching her, Hwanhee remarked, “It was unexpected. I didn’t know she would enjoy it this much.”
After getting off the sled, his mother mentioned her legs were shaking, so Hwanhee offered to carry her on his back. Hwanhee shared, “I thought it was a great opportunity to carry her,” and his mother playfully gave in. Hwanhee then marveled at his mother’s love, wondering, “How did she manage to carry me in a baby wrap back then?”
His mother revealed that she used to worry a lot because Hwanhee was so frail in the past. She shared, “I carried him on my back until he was 7 years old. He was a total mama’s boy. Since his ribs were visible, his nickname was ‘King Rib.’ Because you were so weak, I carried you because I wanted to.”
