
Shin Ha-kyun recently appeared as a guest to share his daily life patterns and the secrets behind his health management.
During the episode, host Yoo Yeon-seok asked Shin Ha-kyun about his love for coffee. While admitting he used to love it, Shin Ha-kyun revealed he quit for the sake of his sleep. He even surprised everyone by sharing that he hasn’t had a drink in about five months!
Regarding his sleep routine, he explained, “I usually go to bed between 10 PM and 11 PM.” He revealed his strict management, mentioning that he barely drinks water after 6 PM because he hates waking up in the middle of the night. He emphasized the importance of sleep, stating, “I believe sleep is truly important, and I’m putting in a lot of effort for it.”
His phone habits have changed too. When Yoo Yeon-seok guessed that he probably doesn’t look at his phone before bed, Shin Ha-kyun agreed. However, he noted that he did check his phone last night after a long time to see if there were any messages.
In a funny moment, Shin Ha-kyun teased Yoo Yeon-seok for messaging him right before bedtime. Yoo Yeon-seok explained he didn’t realize the time and was just excited to reach out, wondering if Shin Ha-kyun had seen a certain video. Shin Ha-kyun jokingly replied, “I didn’t see it,” adding that sleep is his top priority, which left the set in laughter. He mentioned he finally checked the video this morning.
Shin Ha-kyun also shared that he has completely transitioned into a morning person, waking up between 6 AM and 7 AM without an alarm.
