Who will claim the May K-Music throne? The global K-pop chart, ‘KM Chart,’ has officially opened voting for its May monthly chart, drawing intense attention from fans!

The global standard K-pop chart, ‘KM Chart,’ has just dropped the full list of nominees across six categories for its May 2026 monthly chart! Voting is officially underway until the 24th. This month’s lineup is packed with top artists who excel in both musicality and popularity, promising an epic “true match” battle!

Naturally, all eyes are on the K-MUSIC (Digital Song) category! A whopping 50 tracks are nominated, featuring chart-toppers like BTS’s ‘SWIM,’ BLACKPINK’s ‘GO,’ AKMU’s ‘Rumored Paradise,’ LE SSERAFIM’s ‘SPAGHETTI,’ and IVE’s ‘BANG BANG.’ Get ready for some amazing tunes!

The Artist category is shaping up to be a true “war of stars”! Leading the charge are “guaranteed hitmakers” like BTS, Lim Young-woong, and BLACKPINK. They’re joined by 30 other top stars spanning all genres, including DAY6, SEVENTEEN, Stray Kids, aespa, and Lee Chan-won. With such an incredible lineup, the voting is already heating up!

For the Male category, expect a fierce showdown between BTS’s V, Onew, Kang Daniel, Kim Sung-kyu, SEVENTEEN, and more! Meanwhile, the Female category is set to captivate fans with nominees like I.O.I, Suzy, Irene (Red Velvet), aespa, and IVE.

Don’t forget the ‘ROOKIE’ category, where 20 incredible new teams are vying for that once-in-a-lifetime New Artist award! This includes Male nominees like LNGSHOT and MODYSSEY, and Female nominees such as Baby DONT Cry and All Day Project.

You can cast your votes for the KM Chart May awards through the ‘My One Pick’ and ‘Idol Champ’ apps! The results from both apps will be combined, each accounting for 50% of the final ranking. The ultimate winners will be fairly determined by combining these fan votes with judges’ evaluations and KM Chart data scores.

Mark your calendars! The ‘KMA (KM Chart Awards) 2026’ is set to take place on July 25th at Korea University’s Hwajeong Gymnasium in Seongbuk-gu, Seoul.
