“Is Your Face Okay?” Choi Woo-shik’s Sweetness Overload After Jung Yu-mi’s Cute Fall on ‘Youth Over Flowers’

In the second episode of tvN’s variety show ‘Youth Over Flowers: Limited Edition’ aired on the 10th, Jung Yu-mi, Park Seo-joon, and Choi Woo-shik spent a day in Namwon, Jeollabuk-do.

During the episode, the three decided to contact an acquaintance of Park Seo-joon living in Namwon to see if they could borrow a house. They were given a strict time limit of just one minute.

Park Seo-joon asked, “I’m planning to move from Daegu to Namwon. Can I use the house? I’ll be there tomorrow. Is it empty? Please send the address.” However, the acquaintance replied in a relaxed tone, “Oh, really? Okay… I’m drinking right now,” without giving a clear answer. Park simply noted the phone number and said he would call back the next morning.

When Park wondered, “But what if it’s too far out?” Choi Woo-shik couldn’t hide his excitement, saying, “Not only is the accommodation free, but we can eat dinner really cheaply. We’re having a pork belly party tomorrow!”

Their next challenge was waking up without an alarm. Choi Woo-shik searched for an online alarm service, while Park Seo-joon suggested, “Let’s wake up at 7:30. I’ll bring the cereal,” before heading to bed for the night.

Fortunately, the trio finished all their preparations before 10 AM and received an allowance of 300,000 won. The production crew offered a benefit, letting them choose between a car, a phone, or underwear. Choi Woo-shik was thrilled to pick the phone.

However, as soon as he got the phone, Choi Woo-shik started watching short-form videos, causing laughter. The crew jokingly asked, “Why are you even traveling if you’re just watching shorts?” as the three couldn’t take their eyes off the screen.

After paying, Jung Yu-mi spotted a granola bar and lamented, “I should have eaten a granola bar! Please lend me 1,200 won,” settling for a chocolate bar instead. Despite the small portion, she kindly offered a bite to Park Seo-joon.

Park Seo-joon booked a rental car for about 30,000 won and, seeing the remaining balance of 180,000 won, smiled and said, “Looks like we can eat some pork belly today! Also, good news. I’m told there’s kimchi in the fridge, so we can eat it all.” Choi Woo-shik even teased the crew, asking, “All we need is rice. Should we give you some of our allowance? What if the footage doesn’t look good?”

On their way to Gwanghanruwon, the trio stopped at a Chinese restaurant to satisfy their hunger. While enjoying Jajangmyeon, Choi Woo-shik brought laughs by stealing some Jjamppong soup that the production crew had ordered.

While watching a Jishinbalgi performance, citizens recognized the actors, saying, “These people are very famous. They’re Korea’s number one!” An excited Choi Woo-shik even tried spinning a Sangmo. However, he broke into a sweat when citizens asked for money. Park Seo-joon gave 10,000 won, leaving them with 140,000 won.

Upon arriving at Gwanghanruwon, they tried the swing that Chunhyang is said to have used. Jung Yu-mi pushed Choi Woo-shik with all her might, but she ended up falling forward, leaving both Park Seo-joon and Choi Woo-shik worried.

As Jung Yu-mi stayed down out of embarrassment, Park Seo-joon joked, “I guess she wanted to lie down and look at the sky,” while Choi Woo-shik quickly changed the subject to save her, asking, “Is your face okay? Everyone, don’t pay attention to this. The weather is great. Shall we go to Gwanghanruwon? I think we got a great shot!”

Recalling the moment in an interview, Jung Yu-mi laughed again, saying, “I just started laughing. I couldn’t even lift my head. I really wanted to push him, but I ended up pushing myself.”

‘Youth Over Flowers’ airs every Sunday at 7:30 PM on tvN.
