ITZY Successfully Wraps Up First Week of Music Show Promotions for New Single ‘Motto’!

ITZY has officially kicked off promotions for their latest track!

The group released their new album ‘Motto’ on May 18. Since then, they have successfully completed their first week of music show stages, starting with Mnet’s ‘M Countdown’ on the 21st and continuing through SBS’s ‘Inkigayo’ on the 24th. The choreography for this title track features the return of the choreographer who worked on ‘THAT’S A NO NO’.

A dance practice video released via their official SNS channels on the 19th showcased the members’ perfect synchronization and intricate performance details. Additionally, on the 22nd, they appeared on KBS2TV’s ‘The Seasons – Sung Si Kyung’s Earphone Boyfriend’ to deliver live performances of both ‘Motto’ and ‘THAT’S A NO NO’.

The mini album ‘Motto’ has been a hit, topping the Circle Chart’s daily retail album chart as of May 20 and reaching #1 on the Taiwan Apple Music album chart. The music video for the title track also dominated the YouTube Music Video Trending Worldwide chart, holding the #1 spot for three days immediately after its release.

ITZY is also keeping up their global momentum! After kicking off their third world tour, ‘ITZY 3RD WORLD TOUR ‘TUNNEL VISION’,’ in Seoul this February, they completed shows in Melbourne and Sydney in April, and Tokyo in May. They are set to resume the tour in Hong Kong on June 20 and will attend the Mawazine music festival in Rabat, Morocco, on June 23 (local time).
