“Prince of Asia” Jang Keun-suk caught everyone’s attention by naming “consulting a wedding planner” as one of his bucket list goals.
In the 6th episode of tvN’s ‘Gugidong Friends’ (Directed by Lee Se-young) aired on Friday the 15th, Jang Do-yeon, Lee Da-hee, Choi Daniel, Jang Keun-suk, Ahn Jae-hyun, and Kyung Soo-jin shared special experiences that only “same-age friends” can have, giving viewers a real dopamine rush. The episode ranked first in its time slot among cable and general programming channels according to Nielsen Korea.
First, Choi Daniel, Jang Keun-suk, and Ahn Jae-hyun enjoyed the fluttering atmosphere of a group blind date during “Pottery-ting,” where they made pottery and participated in a romance Q&A with female participants. Interest peaked when Jang Keun-suk requested a conversation with a woman Choi Daniel was interested in, leaving viewers curious about their final choices.

While the three men were swept up in the thrill of dating for the first time in a while, the episode ended on a bittersweet note as they all failed to match, despite each being chosen by a female participant whose choice didn’t align with theirs.
Meanwhile, back at the Gugidong House, a candid “girls’ talk” unfolded. Jang Do-yeon, Lee Da-hee, and Kyung Soo-jin naturally chatted about dating and marriage while watching a dating show. Lee Da-hee shared her experience of breaking up with a partner of three years, and Kyung Soo-jin spoke about her breakup after seven years, showing how their bond has deepened as they shared mature reflections on their past relationships.
In the evening, the “same-age friends” dressed up and headed to a high-end restaurant. Kyung Soo-jin stunned everyone with a total transformation in a red dress. To help Choi Daniel fulfill his bucket list dream of dancing the blues for his 40th birthday, Kyung Soo-jin agreed to be his partner, and the two looked striking as they danced to the piano. Thanks to his friends, Choi Daniel checked off both a group blind date and dancing the blues from his list.
Furthermore, Jang Keun-suk grabbed the spotlight by revealing his bucket list wish to consult a wedding planner to learn about actual weddings. Having often discussed marriage with his friends, he shared, “I want to create my own team, and I think creating a family and keeping them healthy would be my final bucket list.” He expressed that he is ready to marry whenever he meets a trustworthy partner to form that “team.” His expression of marriage as “creating a team” gave his friends a fresh perspective on the concept.
The following day, the group headed to a photo studio to take classic family photos for Ahn Jae-hyun’s bucket list. Dressed in matching jeans and white t-shirts against a nostalgic backdrop, their playful poses and family-like chemistry created a heartwarming atmosphere.
Finally, the episode ended on a cliffhanger as a mysterious guest arrived at the Gugidong House. The identity of the guest will be revealed in the next episode of tvN’s ‘Gugidong Friends’ on Friday the 22nd at 8:35 PM.
