Japanese Idol Paralyzed by Falling Sign Hits Back at Malicious Comments: “I Look Comfortable?”

Japanese Idol Paralyzed by Falling Sign Hits Back at Malicious Comments:

On the 12th, Igari Tomoka took to her social media account to share a screenshot of a malicious comment that read, “You’re just sitting comfortably every day.” She wrote that some people occasionally think she lives a life of ease just because she is seated all day.

Igari Tomoka explained the reality of her situation, stating, “Living while seated causes my legs to swell and my back to ache. Because I rely heavily on my arms instead of my legs, my arms get swollen and my muscles tighten. Due to the paralysis, I need to hold onto something or have a place to lean my weight just to maintain a posture leaning forward.”

She further revealed, “I also deal with the cumbersome and difficult challenges of excretion disorders,” and delivered a sharp retort: “If you think I look comfortable, please swap your healthy body with mine.”
