According to the TV-OTT integrated non-drama cast buzzworthiness rankings for the fifth week of April released by Good Data Corporation Fundex on the 6th, Jin Tae-hyun from JTBC’s ‘Divorce Meditation Camp’ claimed the top spot.
Jin Tae-hyun soared to the top of the rankings as news of his departure from ‘Divorce Meditation Camp’ sparked huge interest among netizens. Fans shared their thoughts, saying, “It’s a shame to see someone who lives happily as a couple leave,” “I could feel Jin Tae-hyun’s sincerity through the broadcast,” and “I won’t forget his genuine heart for the program.”
Thanks to this buzz, the popularity of ‘Divorce Meditation Camp’ also spiked. The show saw a 62.3% increase in buzzworthiness compared to the previous week, landing it at 4th place in the TV-OTT non-drama category.
Kim Hye-yoon from ‘Sister’s Direct Delivery in Calape’ took 2nd place. Dex, who appeared alongside her, also ranked 7th. Thanks to their chemistry, ‘Sister’s Direct Delivery in Calape’ rose 24.9% from the previous week to rank 8th.
The cast of ‘SNL Korea Season 8’ dominated the 3rd to 6th spots, with Lee Su-ji, Kim Gyu-won, Kim Won-hoon, and Shin Sung-rok all making the list. Kim Hyun-jung from ‘Hidden Singer 8’ took 8th, while Shin Dong-yup and Ji Ye-eun from ‘SNL Korea Season 8’ claimed 9th and 10th place.
For the overall TV-OTT non-drama program rankings, Coupang Play’s ‘SNL Korea Season 8’ held the #1 spot for four consecutive weeks. Following it were JTBC’s ‘Knowing Bros’ at 2nd, tvN’s ‘You Quiz on the Block’ at 3rd, and ENA/SBS Plus’s ‘I am SOLO’ at 5th.
