During the episode, Lee Sang-min brought up Jo Kwon’s childhood, mentioning “Gifted Child Development Project 99% Challenge,” which was essentially an early version of modern audition programs.

Jo Kwon recalled, “That was 25 years ago. Wonder Girls’ Sunye was also there.”

Lee Su-ji expressed surprise, asking, “Wait, are you the first singer JYP’s Park Jin-young gave up on?” To this, Jo Kwon shared, “I spent eight years as a trainee before I finally debuted.”

He added, “My first variety appearance was on ‘Star King.’ I performed Lee Jung-hyun’s ‘Wa,’ and it caused a total stir the next day. But since I was supposed to sing ballads with 2am, Jinyoung hyung…” He trailed off, leaving the cast in laughter.

Lee Sang-min noted that heel dancing is incredibly difficult, but Jo Kwon left everyone speechless by performing a dazzling dance in high heels that looked nearly impossible to even stand in.
