On the SBS variety show ‘Ani Geun Jin’ aired on the 5th, guest Jo Kwon took over the studio with honest confessions and a dazzling performance.
He shared a funny anecdote, saying, “I’ve received a wedding bouquet five times. I even did a turn while catching them,” which sparked laughter.
When Lee Su Ji asked, “I heard you’re the number one singer that JYP gave up on,” Jo Kwon confessed, “I danced to Lee Jung Hyun’s ‘Wa’ on a show, and the internet went crazy saying I was ‘showing off too much.'” He then showed confidence, adding, “I’ve never lost when it comes to shaking it off.”
Regarding how he started heel dancing, Jo Kwon explained, “In the past, Bang Si Hyuk hyung suggested, ‘Let’s try wearing high heels without a back heel,’ and that’s how it started. Lower body strength is really important, so I can even do squats while wearing them,” as he confidently performed a dance in high heels.
He mentioned, “The shoes I wore during my promotions were a whopping 20cm. After seeing that, senior Kim Hye Soo sent me a few pairs of shoes, which I am keeping safely.”
Impressed by Jo Kwon’s heel dance, Kim Eung Soo requested, “Please come and do this just once at my 70th birthday party,” turning the scene into a sea of laughter.
