Girl group KIIRAS has revealed their dazzling visuals and bold ambitions, showcasing six distinct charms.
KIIRAS radiated diverse charms during a photoshoot for the June issue of At Style, featuring the skincare brand Pal Saek Mi In.
Approaching their first anniversary, KIIRAS is back with a new single, ‘TA TA’. They expressed strong confidence, describing the track as a “kitsch and rhythmical Afrobeats genre, completely different from anything they’ve done before.” They also caught attention by mentioning aespa, whose promotions overlap, saying, “We’re a bit cautious, but we would really love to film a challenge together.”
The members’ unique backgrounds are also drawing interest. In particular, Harin surprised everyone by revealing she was a “perfect daughter” who focused solely on her studies, even ranking first in her entire school. Harin showed her passion, stating, “I couldn’t give up the dream of becoming an idol in my heart, so I moved to Seoul to try out for auditions.” She further showcased the group’s talent, mentioning she practiced so hard for “vocal power show” level live performances that she only had a handful of days off per year.
As a multinational group led by Lingling from Malaysia, they are receiving a hot response locally. They shared their excitement, saying, “We really felt like we had become idols when so many fans sang along to our songs at the airport.”
KIIRAS named BLACKPINK as their role models and added their bold goals: “Our goals for this promotion are to hit number one on music shows and hold a fan concert. In five years, we will definitely stand on the Coachella stage.”
