The production team of KBS2’s variety program ‘The Seasons – Sung Si Kyung’s Ear Boyfriend’ announced on the 8th that “Kim Jong Kook, Choi Yu Ree, and Lee Chang Sub will appear as guests for the 7th episode,” while releasing stills from the show. The trio will meet Sung Si Kyung to share various episodes and perform songs that will captivate the viewers’ ears.
First, Kim Jong Kook returns to his roots as a singer. Taking the stage, he heats things up with a medley of his hit songs, saying, “Let’s take a time machine today,” while Sung Si Kyung adds his own flair with some intense rapping.
Kim Jong Kook also recreates a legendary stage from 22 years ago, noting that his life changed after singing the song ‘One Man’ in this spot. Despite being caught off guard by the “unplanned stage,” he shows off his passion while rocking flip-flops and a sleeveless shirt.
Choi Yu Ree, who is also active as a composer, sparks curiosity by telling Sung Si Kyung, “I remember sending you a song, but I didn’t get a reply.”
Lee Chang Sub confesses that his “legs were shaking” after performing the song ‘At That Place, At That Time’ right in front of the original singer, Sung Si Kyung. Having previously remade Sung Si Kyung’s songs twice without reaching out, Lee Chang Sub brings laughter to the set by revealing a long apology text message he sent to the singer.
Lee Chang Sub also shares a story about being a huge introvert, revealing that he stood still for 40 minutes on the first day of filming the web variety show ‘Jeon-gwa-ja’ because he couldn’t bring himself to start the interview. However, he eventually finds the courage to perform a wild dance featuring popping.
