Cartoonist Kim Poong appeared as a helper to support the interns on ‘Parenting Intern’.
In the May 14 episode of tvN STORY’s ‘Parenting Intern’, Lee Kyung-kyu and Ahn Jung-hwan were completely exhausted just 30 minutes into their shift caring for a 38-month-old and 12-month-old triplets. They were thrilled to hear the doorbell ring and welcomed Kim Poong with open arms. Ahn Jung-hwan shouted, “Poong! Come in quickly!” while blowing up balloons for the kids.
Kim Poong arrived to share some parenting tips and held Hae-yoon, the third triplet and the only girl. When Lee Kyung-kyu asked whether his own child was a son or a daughter, Kim Poong shared that he has a 5-year-old son. He was amazed, noting, “Girls really are different. She’s so much lighter than a boy.” Quickly falling for the baby girl’s charm, Kim Poong muttered, “Should I go for a second child?” to which Ahn Jung-hwan enthusiastically encouraged him, saying, “A second one is great!”
