Actress Kim Sarang has revealed her own personal diet secrets!

Kim Sarang recently shared an update through a video on her YouTube channel titled “Kim Sarang Decides to Diet While Reading Comments (+ Outing to Cherry Blossom Spots with Child).”

While sharing a meal with staff during an outdoor shoot, Kim Sarang mentioned, “I realized my energy dropped and my brain stopped working when I didn’t eat during filming.” She explained that she has changed her routine to eat less on normal days and eat properly on filming days, adding that she had cheese gimbap for breakfast.

She also opened up about why it took so long to launch her YouTube channel. Kim Sarang confessed, “I wanted to show a side of myself outside of my work in dramas or commercials, so I started interior design, but that process took two years and drained a lot of my energy.”

Furthermore, she shared her specific weight loss goals, expressing her determination by saying, “There is some weight that just won’t budge, so I’m thinking of losing about 2kg this time.”

She revealed her diet routine, stating, “If I eat yogurt and mushroom rice in the morning and have a small meal before 5 PM, I lose 1kg per week.” She explained that her method involves drinking only water and eating nothing at all after 5 PM.

Meanwhile, Kim Sarang continues to garner significant attention for maintaining her slim figure through consistent self-care.
