Im Woo-il found himself in the hot seat after being called out by the cast on ‘Where is My Home’.
In the MBC variety show ‘Where is My Home’ aired on the 14th, Ahn Jae-hyun and Im Woo-il set out to find an apartment in Seoul in the 300 million won range.
With no MC present, Ahn Jae-hyun expressed confidence while heading out on the property tour with Im Woo-il, saying, “I’m a bit worried but also happy to be doing this with just the two of us. I think it means the production team trusts us!”
Ahn Jae-hyun showed incredible dedication even before filming began. He visited real estate agencies on his own without the production team for a preliminary survey, meticulously selecting areas in Seoul where a lease (jeonse) is available for under 300 million won.
In contrast, Im Woo-il provided the idea for this special but sparked laughter by relying on outside information instead of doing the legwork like Ahn Jae-hyun. He shared, “Actor Kim Seung-hyun contacted me after watching the previous tour. Even though we aren’t close, he sent me messages and helpful links.”
This led the studio cast to throw some savage jokes his way, saying, “With that much passion, shouldn’t Kim Seung-hyun have appeared instead of Im Woo-il? All you did was check your messages!” leaving the set in bursts of laughter.
