LE SSERAFIM is teasing “BOOMPALA,” a track that lingers in your head just like a magic spell!
At midnight on the 8th, LE SSERAFIM dropped the teaser video “Just BOOMPALA” for the title track of their second full album, ‘PUREFLOW’ pt.1, on the HYBE Labels YouTube channel.
The video kicks off with a shot of Kim Chaewon and Huh Yunjin. Much like their lead single “CELEBRATION” released on the 24th of last month, they sport unique features such as green skin and pointy fingers.
When Huh Yunjin opens up about having too many thoughts and asks how to stop them, Kim Chaewon simply says “Stop” and suggests they dance it out.
The scene then shifts quickly as a snippet of “BOOMPALA” plays. LE SSERAFIM dance alongside mysterious beings, repeating “BOOMPALA” as if casting a spell. The lyric “You can’t hold on to the clouds in the air” perfectly mirrors the worries Huh Yunjin shared earlier.
The performance is absolutely standout! The five members move their arms and legs side-to-side, amping up the song’s energetic vibe. The intuitive choreography is easy to follow and a joy to watch.
LE SSERAFIM’s second full album ‘PUREFLOW’ pt.1 is set to be released on the 22nd at 1 PM.
