He recently dropped a new digital single titled ‘Our Fairy Tale’ and has been staying busy connecting with the public through various content, broadcasts, university festivals, and music festivals.
‘Our Fairy Tale’ captures the struggles of today’s youth, with Lee Changsub’s signature soulful and sincere vocals delivering a deep emotional resonance.
To dive deeper into the message of ‘Our Fairy Tale’, he released ‘Donghwa Workshop’ on his official YouTube channel ‘Changtazio’, where he connected with picture book author Eom Jeong-won, who worked on the single’s cover art. He also transformed into a photographer in the ‘Donghwa Photo Studio’ video, capturing the youth and lives of families with diverse stories.
Last week, Lee Changsub appeared on KBS 2TV’s ‘The Seasons – Sung Si Kyung’s Ear-Candy Boyfriend’, performing ‘Our Fairy Tale’ and ‘At That Place, At That Time’. His delicate emotions and stable live vocals maximized the impact of the songs, leaving a lasting impression.
In particular, MC Sung Si Kyung, the original singer of ‘At That Place, At That Time’, praised him as a “musician who will carry on the lineage of Korean ballads,” highlighting Lee Changsub’s true talent.
He then proved his wide musical spectrum by performing the upbeat dance track ‘BUMPBUMP’. Dominating the stage with powerful vocals and a flashy performance, he even went down into the audience to interact with fans, creating an atmosphere as hot as a full-scale concert.
While staying dedicated to his music, Lee Changsub is also showing off his versatility and human charm. On the YouTube channel ‘Jonathan’, he introduced famous spots and delicious eateries in his hometown of Suwon, filled with memories from his school days.
Acting as a guide from Haenggung-dong Street to Suwon Hwaseong, Hwahongmun, and the Chicken Street, he shared honest stories about his life. He showed great sociability by chatting warmly with Jonathan’s crew and greeting his actual high school juniors.
Continuing to showcase his unexpected charms across genres, Lee Changsub plans to keep expanding his activities. He’s also gearing up for more music activities, with the ‘2026 LEECHANGSUB FANCON in TAIPEI ‘EndAnd : The Uncut’’ scheduled for June 14.
