The veil has been lifted on ‘Yoo Jae-suk Camp,’ a new project run by the nation’s MC Yoo Jae-suk.

Premiering on Tuesday, May 26, ‘Yoo Jae-suk Camp’ is a group camp variety show where novice camp manager Yoo Jae-suk and his unpredictable staff—Lee Kwang-soo, Byeon Woo-seok, and Ji Ye-eun—help guests escape their daily routines through non-stop chatting and playing. Fans can look forward to a hilarious experience as the irreplaceable Yoo Jae-suk steps away from his smooth hosting style to become a slightly clumsy novice manager. This new “B&B variety” from Netflix and PD Jung Hyo-min’s team follows the success of ‘Kian’s B&B’ (대환장 기안장), sparking huge anticipation.
The main poster and trailer give a “full course” glimpse into the fun of ‘Yoo Jae-suk Camp,’ raising curiosity. The poster features camp manager Yoo Jae-suk on a podium, surrounded by staff members showing a whirlwind of emotions. The slogan on the ad balloon, “The guest is king, and so am I,” definitely piques interest.
The trailer captures the high-energy welcome given to guests by Yoo Jae-suk, Lee Kwang-soo, Byeon Woo-seok, and Ji Ye-eun. The 3-day, 2-night schedule is packed with activities: wake-up missions, morning yoga, iron-box quizzes, campfires, talent shows, outdoor experiences, and Manitto. We’ll see a hectic “novice boss” Yoo Jae-suk and his rushed staff. Lee Kwang-soo takes on the role of the “discipline leader” responsible for the guests’ laughter and order. Byeon Woo-seok, stepping away from his top-star image, is the sweet and caring “Heodang Prince” who provides healing but has a clumsy charm. Finally, Ji Ye-eun, the youngest but only one with actual B&B experience, acts as the “bestie maker.” It’ll be exciting to see the chaos and emotion in their camp management diary.
Adding to the excitement is the appearance of the couple Lee Hyori and Lee Sang-soon. Joining as super-special part-timers, they will lead morning yoga sessions and showcase their status as the “original B&B veterans” while blending in with the guests.
PDs Jung Hyo-min, Lee So-min, and Hwang Yun-seo shared, “The slogan ‘The guest is king, and so am I’ was decided by Yoo Jae-suk himself, based on the idea that staff should also be respected.” They added that the gap between this slogan and the reality of the staff working tirelessly under a high-intensity schedule became another point of laughter. The production team aimed to evoke camp memories while creating a “fantasy space” that wouldn’t exist in reality, combining a traditional retreat-style timetable with unique content that only Yoo Jae-suk could pull off.
Meanwhile, ‘Yoo Jae-suk Camp’ has been recruiting guests since May of last year.
