Lee Juyeon recently spoke out about the impact of malicious comments.

To celebrate Family Month, Lee Juyeon invited her parents over to her home, where they shared a meal she prepared herself. Lee Juyeon explained that her father was a civil servant who now works part-time at a bank after retiring. Her father expressed his happiness, noting that many people have recognized him since the previous broadcast.
Recalling Lee Juyeon’s easygoing nature, her father shared some funny stories, saying, “She was so messy that I called her ‘Ddong-pari’ (dung fly). Since her name is Juyeon, I also called her ‘Jupal’.” He added, “It’s quite unique since we don’t have any other celebrities in the family. I actually opposed her becoming one. But she’s not lacking in brains; she even won a top award in mathematics during her third year of high school,” proudly bragging about his daughter.
Her father admitted, “It broke my heart when I saw so many negative comments in the past. I’m so glad there are many positive comments these days.”
Lee Juyeon smiled and said, “I don’t spend much time on the internet, but my dad does. I’m okay with negative comments, but I was worried that my family might get hurt. That’s what broke my heart, though I was able to overcome it. Now, there are so many positive comments that my dad says he feels full even without eating!”
