Comedian Lee Su-geun has diagnosed that singer Yuju needs a boyfriend!
In the 364th episode of KBS Joy’s ‘Ask Anything’ aired on the 11th, solo artist Yuju, formerly of GFRIEND, appeared to seek advice from Seo Jang-hoon and Lee Su-geun.
During the show, Yuju confessed, “I’ve lost my appetite because I’ve become so sensitive while preparing for my solo album.” Lee Su-geun empathized with her, saying, “When you’re active in a group, you have members by your side to lean on, but as a soloist, you’re on your own, so there must be struggles that others can’t see.”
Yuju shared, “I pour all my energy into music production and recording seasons.” She revealed a shocking moment, saying, “Once, I couldn’t hear out of one ear while recording. When I went to the hospital, they told me that the eardrum needs a certain amount of fat, but since it was all gone, I should focus on eating before taking any medicine.”
Seo Jang-hoon advised her to change her mindset, sharing his experience as a former basketball player. “As a professional, I had to eat well and maintain a good condition to show my best to the fans, even when my mind was cluttered,” he explained.
Lee Su-geun gave her a reality check, saying, “You’re an amateur. You can’t become a pro. How can you comfort the public with that attitude?” Meanwhile, Seo Jang-hoon handed Yuju some chocolate. Seeing her eat it immediately, Lee Su-geun joked, “I’ve figured it out. You need a man. You eat it right away!” bringing laughter to the studio.
