Comedian Jung Ju-ri has fallen victim to a YouTube account hacking incident.
On the 19th, Jung Ju-ri shared, “My Google account was hacked, and I can’t access it. This happened while I was dealing with an email regarding YouTube music copyright. Has anyone else experienced something like this? Even my phone was reset.”
She continued, “I’m worried that not only me, but my acquaintances might suffer secondary damage. I just stay home and take care of my kids.” She urged others, “Please ignore it if anyone asks for money or if strange posts appear.”
She expressed her sadness, saying, “This is too much for someone as hectic as I already am. My children’s photos, sob sob.”
While her account was hacked, someone even went as far as starting a live broadcast using her account. Jung Ju-ri reacted with anger, saying, “Wow, they actually hacked me and did a live broadcast.”
She also shared a screenshot of a notice stating, “The channel has been deleted because it violated YouTube Community Guidelines,” and pleaded, “Give me back the Jung Ju-ri channel.”
