
Singer Byeol has shared her personal health routine!
A new video titled “Let’s get pretty together! Sharing legendary info: Byeol’s self-care items, fasting routine, breakfast menu, and honey-skin home care that makes it hard to believe she’s in her 40s” was recently uploaded to her YouTube channel, ‘별이 빛나는 튜브’.
In the video, Byeol opened up about the comments she receives, saying, “People ask how I manage myself so well after having three children. To be honest, I haven’t done anything that special,” before revealing her secrets.
Byeol first introduced the supplements she takes on an empty stomach. She confessed, “In my 20s and 30s, I hardly took any supplements. I didn’t feel like they suddenly gave me energy or made my skin better, so I didn’t rely on or trust them. But now that I’m older, it’s definitely different.”

She then shared a super simple meal of apple with peanut butter, mentioning the popular “butter diet.” She highly recommended it, noting that it “prevents blood sugar spikes and boosts the body’s energy.”
Byeol also introduced Ghee butter, explaining, “I just take a spoonful with a bit of salt on an empty stomach. At first, it doesn’t taste like much, but the aftertaste is like the butter toppings you find at bakeries.”
She added, “Taking this on an empty stomach is said to replenish the energy used throughout the day and serve as fuel to burn body fat.”
For her morning routine, she revealed that she exercises after sending her children off, demonstrating a workout using a foam roller. Being serious about home care, she also shared her half-body bath routine, which she does once a week or every two weeks. She opened up about developing menstrual pain after childbirth, sharing the half-body bath method as a way to support women’s health.
