Park Hae-soo is falling into total chaos in ‘Scarecrow’!

Ahead of the 5th episode airing on the 4th, the ENA Monday-Tuesday drama ‘Scarecrow’ released a still capturing the intense search and seizure at the home of Lee Ki-bum (played by Song Geon-hee), who has been named a suspect in the Gangseong serial murder case.

In the previous episode, Kang Tae-joo teamed up with Cha Si-young (played by Lee Hee-joon) to reopen the investigation. After learning from Seo Ji-won (played by Kwak Sun-young) that the killer’s handkerchief matched one belonging to Kang Soon-young (played by Seo Ji-hye), he began to suspect her lover, Lee Ki-bum.

Meanwhile, Kang Soon-young hid Lee Ki-bum, who was wanted for the assault of Jeon Kyung-ho (played by Kang Jung-woo), in her home’s warehouse. However, Lee Ki-bum fled that night, leaving her alone. While searching for him, Kang Soon-young was attacked by the culprit, and the tension soared as Cha Si-young was stabbed and lost consciousness while trying to rescue her.

The newly released photo shows Detective Jang Myung-do (played by Jeon Jae-hong) and police officers in a tense standoff with the family at Lee Ki-bum’s house. With a search warrant in hand, the mother (played by Sung Yeo-jin), unable to accept that her son could be a serial killer, pours out her anger and frustration to Kang Tae-joo. Lee Ki-hwan (played by Jung Moon-sung), Lee Ki-bum’s brother and hometown friend, casts a resentful gaze, while Kang Tae-joo is unable to even lift his head, feeling like a criminal himself.

Seo Ji-won, a friend to both, is filled with worry, and Kang Soon-young struggles to hold back her tears over the missing Lee Ki-bum. In contrast, Cha Si-young stands apart with arms crossed, observing the scene with a cold and dry demeanor, creating a subtle tension that grabs everyone’s attention.

Episode 5 of ENA’s Monday-Tuesday drama ‘Scarecrow’ airs tonight (the 4th) at 10 PM on ENA, and is also available on KT Genie TV and TVING.
