Park Kyung-hye Opens a “Living Alone Consultation Center” in Her Studio, Warns “Checking for Cockroaches is a Must!”

Park Kyung-hye is sharing some seriously realistic advice based on her very first experience living on her own!

On May 3, a video addressing the struggles of living alone was uploaded to her YouTube channel ‘경해볼래’. Having recently moved out, she turned a corner of her 6-pyeong studio into a “Living Alone Consultation Center,” complete with a handmade sign.

Park Kyung-hye shared, “I’ve listened to so many of my friends’ worries that some things started to seem small from a different perspective. I started this because I thought my own experiences might be helpful.”

Recalling her move-in process, she admitted, “I asked honestly, ‘Have you ever seen any cockroaches in this house?'” She added, “I breathed a sigh of relief when I heard there weren’t any. Just the absence of cockroaches was enough to make me happy.”

She also dropped some gold nuggets for beginners: “Instead of buying all your furniture at once, it’s better to fill in what you need as you live there,” and she emphasized that “checking the certified copy of the register and any unpaid bills is a must.”

Additionally, she gave the practical tip to keep basic essentials like toilet paper, scissors, and tape separately accessible on moving day.

Meanwhile, Park Kyung-hye started her first solo living journey in a 6-pyeong studio with a deposit of 50 million won and a monthly cost of approximately 590,000 won, including rent and management fees.
