Comedian Park Myung-soo recently looked back on how Jung Jun-ha struggled with malicious comments during the ‘Infinite Challenge’ days, noting that his soft heart made him vulnerable.
On the 16th, a video titled “Park Myung-soo & Jung Jun-ha shaking up Mudo-kid Jo Hyun-ah’s mental state (feat. surprise call from Lee Soo-geun)” was uploaded to the online channel ‘Hawasu’.
In the video, Jo Hyun-ah, a self-proclaimed huge fan of ‘Infinite Challenge’, got the chance to ask the legendary members Park Myung-soo and Jung Jun-ha some burning questions.
When asked if they are actually on good terms, Park Myung-soo confirmed, “We are. We were close back then too, and it was all just to be funny.” Jung Jun-ha added, “It was only bad at the beginning. At the time, it was hard for me to accept Park Myung-soo’s style of comedy.” Park Myung-soo agreed, explaining that there was a period of adjustment since he was new to that style, but emphasized that they now share an irreplaceable bond.
Jo Hyun-ah then asked if they were genuinely upset by the hate comments they received. Jung Jun-ha admitted, “It was hard.” Park Myung-soo added, “Jung Jun-ha is quite pure, so he’s vulnerable to those things. I stay sharp and can tell what’s right or wrong, but he’s soft-hearted, so every single comment hurts him.”
Trying to comfort him, Jo Hyun-ah told Jung Jun-ha, “Speaking as a representative of the viewers, nobody hates you,” creating a touching moment. However, Park Myung-soo quickly broke the mood with a joke, saying, “There are plenty of people around me who do!” While Jo Hyun-ah urged him not to be hurt, Jung Jun-ha reflected, “I’m not at an age to be hurt anymore. But I was back then, since I was in my mid-30s.”
