Park Myung-soo spent time sharing his own unique solutions after listening to the worries of his listeners.
The first story was from someone asking, “I broke up with my girlfriend, but my coworkers don’t know. Should I take down the photo of her on my office desk or leave it?”
He responded firmly, “Why keep the photo if you’ve broken up? You’ll just keep thinking about her. If it’s over, you must let go without lingering feelings. Take it down immediately!”
The next story was also about dating.
To the question, “A male friend wants me to introduce him to my older sister. Should I do it?” Park Myung-soo gave a straightforward tip: “Check the guy’s condition first. If he’s neat and takes good care of himself, then go ahead and introduce them.”
Various other small worries followed.
One listener asked, “I’m too lazy to do the dishes, should I buy a dishwasher?”
To this, Park Myung-soo advised, “I have a dishwasher at home, but I don’t use it. It’s a hassle. Since you have to do them all at once, gathering the plates is annoying. I recommend buying one if you have a large family or often have big meals.”
For a listener wondering when to run the washing machine, he said, “Considering international oil prices and all, it’s a blessing that electricity bills haven’t risen. To save on electricity, gather your laundry and run it all at once.”
Meanwhile, actor Jang Dong-gun was also mentioned. A listener sent in a joke concern, saying their daughter decided to get double eyelid surgery and asking, “Should I show her a photo of Jang Dong-gun or a photo of Park Myung-soo?”
Park Myung-soo sparked laughter by saying, “Jang Dong-gun probably didn’t have double eyelid surgery. Just show me as an example of what not to do. Jang Dong-gun was born handsome. Don’t mess with it!”
