Popera tenor Lim Hyung-joo is set to hold a special recital titled “40th Spring Welcome” on May 16 at 7:30 PM at the Yongsan Art Hall Small Theater Garam, according to his agency DGNCOM on the 11th.
This performance serves as an encore to the early spring recital that was a huge hit at Youngsan Art Hall last month, and it also celebrates Lim Hyung-joo’s 40th birthday this month!
Pianist Cho Young-hoon will be joining him on stage. Lim Hyung-joo plans to showcase a diverse range of music, including classics, opera arias, pop, musicals, and even K-drama OSTs.
DGNCOM shared that this is the first paid recital featuring piano accompaniment in four years, since his performance at the Seoul Arts Center Incheon Art Hall in July 2022.
