Pungja recently shared her honest thoughts on plastic surgery.

On May 12, a video titled “Depression and Lethargy” was uploaded to Pungja’s YouTube channel, ‘Pungja TV’.

In the video, Pungja provides advice to her viewers. When the topic of plastic surgery came up, she confidently stated, “I’m an expert, especially when it comes to nose surgery. I’ve had my nose done five times. I’ve tried almost everything there is to do in terms of plastic surgery.”

Pungja clarified that she isn’t encouraging others to get surgery, saying, “Plastic surgery is entirely up to you. It would be funny if people did it just because I encouraged them. In my personal opinion, cosmetic surgery is all about personal satisfaction. Nothing else matters. It’s about my own happiness, regardless of what others say.”

She continued, “Opinions on my nose are split right down the middle. About 50% say it’s ‘too much,’ ‘not great,’ ‘the old nose was better,’ ‘artificial,’ or ‘like Pinocchio.’ The other 50% say, ‘Oh, it’s okay,’ ‘it suits her face,’ or ‘I want a nose like that.’ But I’ve never been shaken by these opinions. I don’t really care because it’s for my own satisfaction. Even if people say my nose looks artificial or like Pinocchio, I don’t mind because I love it.” Pungja added, “I have zero intention of doing it again. I think I did a great job every time I look in the mirror.”

Pungja also admitted, “I often think to myself, ‘No matter what surgery I get, I’m not going to suddenly become a stunning beauty, and it’s not like my life will change.’ But I’m the type who thinks, ‘Still, it’s for my own satisfaction,’ and goes for it.” She shared her advice for those struggling with the decision: “I always tell people around me, ‘If you don’t think you’ll still want it in one to three years, don’t do it.’ On the other hand, if they say, ‘I still want to do it… I think I’d feel more confident if I just fixed this one thing,’ then I tell them to go for it. Plastic surgery is about self-satisfaction, so there’s no other way.”

She added, “If you keep worrying about it, you’ll probably end up doing it anyway. In that case, I say you might as well move that satisfaction up by a year and experience it sooner.” However, she warned, “It’s a lie to say there’s a 100% success rate. It can really fail. Even if it goes well, you might not like it, or side effects could occur. That’s why I always say you should consider it a 50/50 chance. You have to take that into account.”

Pungja concluded, “Even though I’m very satisfied with my current nose, there are side effects, like visible scar tissue or looking a bit artificial. You have to accept those possibilities. No matter what surgery you get, be prepared for the possibility of re-surgery. You might not succeed on the first try. It’s good to consider various scenarios, including the extreme ones.” She finished by saying, “But at the end of the day, none of that matters as much as your own satisfaction. If you look in the mirror and feel you did well, then the surgery is a success. I’m not saying everyone should definitely get surgery or that it’s the only answer, but as someone who has experienced it, I wanted to share my thoughts.”
