Irene claimed the top spot in the 236th Star Ranking Star Idol Female Ranking vote, securing 14,691 votes from April 30 at 3:01 PM to May 7 at 3:00 PM.
NewJeans’ Haerin followed in 2nd place with 8,946 votes, while Oh My Girl’s YooA held onto 3rd place with 2,411 votes. Girls’ Generation’s Yuri (2,146 votes) and Yoona (1,663 votes) also rounded out the top rankings.
Irene released her first full-length album, ‘Biggest Fan’, last March. ‘Biggest Fan’ is a pop dance track featuring a sincere message aimed at sharing a positive influence with her fans based on the values she has discovered.
Meanwhile, Star Ranking is a poll where fans directly vote for their favorite stars to determine the rankings. Those who vote via mobile can receive a voting certificate, and various perks are provided to the stars based on their final rank.
Stars who maintain the 1st place position for four consecutive weeks are featured in outdoor billboard advertisements. Fans of such stars can also provide fan support for the billboard ad videos.
