“Same Age as G-Dragon?” Lee Sun-min’s “Mature Look” Leaves Yoo Jae-suk Skeptical on ‘Hangout with Yoo’

Comedian Lee Sun-min has found himself at the center of a “mature look” controversy after revealing he was born in 1988.

In the upcoming episode of MBC’s variety show ‘Hangout with Yoo’ airing on the 16th, Yoo Jae-suk, Haha, Heo Kyung-hwan, Joo Woo-jae, and Yang Sang-guk team up for the ‘War of Money in Changwon’ special, where Lee Sun-min makes his first appearance as a guest.

The released photos capture the attention-grabbing entrance of Lee Sun-min, who was brought along by Yang Sang-guk. Intimidated by Lee Sun-min’s sturdy build and intense impression, the crew members wonder, “Is he really the younger brother?” and “He looks like a Go stone!”

Despite his fierce appearance, Lee Sun-min politely introduces himself, revealing he was born in 1988 (Year of the Dragon) and is the same age as G-Dragon. Overwhelmed by Lee Sun-min’s predator-like gaze and mature look, Yoo Jae-suk finds it hard to believe, saying, “Don’t lie,” and wonders if he can even speak informally to him.

Becoming the youngest member of the ‘War of Money’ crew, Lee Sun-min cheekily approaches, saying, “Hyung, it’s our first time meeting, but I want you to buy me food.” However, Yoo Jae-suk shuts him down with a “Since it’s our first time meeting, I want you to buy me food too,” leaving everyone in laughter.

Lee Sun-min then plays the role of the youngest perfectly, politely assisting the older members. Taking the passenger seat next to Yoo Jae-suk, he tries to be a “human navigation system,” but his slightly off timing earns him a bewildered laugh from Yoo Jae-suk.

The episode airs on the 16th at 6:30 PM.
