This exciting new film is directed by Son Jae-gon, known for his fantastic comedic touch in movies like ‘Secret Zoo,’ ‘The Villain on the 2nd Floor,’ and ‘My Sweet Bloody Lover.’
Shin Ha-kyun, affectionately known as ‘Hakyun-shin’ for his irreplaceable presence in countless projects, is making a special appearance in ‘Wild Thing’! He’ll be playing CEO Park of Yonggu Records, the visionary who discovered the group Triangle and helped them rise to stardom.

What’s even more exciting is that Shin Ha-kyun is teaming up again with production company About Film, the masterminds behind the blockbuster hit ‘Extreme Job,’ which drew an incredible 16 million moviegoers! Fans will remember Shin Ha-kyun’s powerful performance as Lee Mu-bae in ‘Extreme Job,’ and now he’s reuniting with Oh Jung-se, who played Ted Chang in the same film. Oh Jung-se shared his deep trust in Shin Ha-kyun, calling him “always a flexible and reliable actor I want to lean on” after their reunion on set.
Director Son Jae-gon, who is leading ‘Wild Thing,’ also shared his warm feelings about working with Shin Ha-kyun. He revealed, “When we tried to exchange contact info at our first meeting, we realized we already had each other’s numbers saved from 15 years ago! It was so enjoyable that I wondered why we hadn’t worked together until now. He’s definitely an actor I want to keep collaborating with!”
