
Singer Shin Sung recently shared the news of his father’s thyroid cancer recurrence, expressing his relief as his father recovers.
On the 5th, Shin Sung took to his personal account to share, “I was deeply worried after hearing the shocking news that my father’s thyroid cancer had recurred after 8 years.” He posted a photo of his father smiling brightly while holding a cup of coffee in his hospital gown.
Although a bandage was visible on his neck from the surgery, his father radiated positivity as he looked into the camera.
While Shin Sung didn’t hide his shock at the sudden news, he expressed deep gratitude that the surgery was a success. “Fortunately, the surgery went well, and I’m so happy to see him looking bright again,” he added. “Please don’t be sick anymore, Father. Please stay healthy for a long, long time.”
